I can't wait until Friday!!

Why? Because I get to play with my new super dooper camera which we bought for my Birthday!! Woohooo - I can't wait. We went out and chose it yesterday - spent a little more than I anticipated but I don't think I'll be wanting to upgrade again for a long long time. We chose a Panasonic Lumix FZ30 - which is almost an SLR but not quite. It's going to be so much fun learning how to use all the features. I don't know the first thing about focal length or apertures or anything else but luckily it has an auto mode so I can take some decent shots as well. 8 mega pixels, 12 optical zoom. Can you tell I'm excited??? Meanwhile it sits in its box in my room, all wrapped up until Friday. Only 4 sleeps left :)
