I'm not a rock star!

I've come to the conclusion that I'm not cut out to be a rock star!! Our family is doing a few songs at a gig later this year and we were practising this afternoon. Jordan on the drums, Nick on Bass, Me on guitar and Gary playing lead. Don't tell them but I much prefer it "unplugged" LOL So much noise!! - and I couldn't hear a thing!! Nick was laughing at me 'cos I kept playing the wrong chords - it's just that I didn't inherit the music gene when I married their Dad!! I think *I* need a lot more practise - and maybe I'll stand away from the speakers next time. Wonder how I can persuade them all to be interested in country music or country rock or girly songs - anything quiet and unplugged will do!
