I used Paula Duncan's new kit Hayfield dreams for this layout. Lauren has wanted to play the violin since she was two years old, and finally got the chance at school this year. She is struggling a little though - she has no problems with reading the music or playing the notes, but has difficulty holding the violin in position. I'm not really sure why, but I suspect it has something to do with her muscles and fatigue. We have a long awaited Paediatrician appointment coming up soon so hopefully will get some answers.
As soon as I saw this kit Creme de Menthe by Paula Duncan and Robin Carlton at Sweet Shoppe Designs , I knew it would be perfect for this photo of Lauren. So serene and peaceful!
